New STB Portal Update – Important!

If you have recently purchased an order as of November 24st, 2016 this is important information regarding your new IPTV service. Please read the follow instruction

  1. Change this portal to:  s1.welcm.tv for your STB or IPTV box

This should fix any connection issues you are having with your box. If you further need assistance, please open a support ticket and we can further assist you.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT UPDATE YOUR STB IF YOU DID NOT PURCHASE A NEW SUBSCRIPTION STARTING NOVEMBER 24ST 2016. IF YOU HAVE AN EXISTING STB SUBSCRIPTION THAT IS STILL WORKING, LET THAT EXPIRE BEFORE UPDATING ANY SETTINGS.

    Tried to open an account but never got and e-mail to confirm enrollment.
    Now I can’t sign on due to error message: “need account confirmation”
    What can I do now?
    I cannot open a ticket as my account has not been confirmed.
    Pls advise
