Can I use multiple devices on one subscription?

Currently our system only permits 1 connection on each subscription. This means only one device can use our service at a single instance. We are in the process of implementing additional connections to our subscription service.

What is the portal/server URL to connect to our services?

For Kodi devices, you must install the add-on at: https://iptvsubs.is/kodi

Where can I get the EPG guide for Kodi?

We have a short EPG and are working on other resolutions to resolve EPG. If you can assist, please contact us through ticketing system.

I need to switch my device from MAG To Kodi or Kodi To MAG

Please create a support ticket at https://support.iptvsubs.is/. You will need to register a new account to submit a new ticket. We only permit 1 change per account per annum. Please if possible use your current subscription until the time is up.

I keep getting the error message: “Error: Possible reasons: Wrong host, port, username or pass. Please reconfigure IPTVsubs plugin with correct details!”

The Kodi login details are not the same as your website login details. Please check your email for your new login details. If you do not see an email, your host has filtered the email. You can find your details on your order details on your website account: https://www.iptvsubs.is/my-account/. For all existing accounts the login details will be the same.

If you have done all the following above and still have not received your login, please submit a support ticket: https://support.iptvsubs.is/open.php (you will need to register a new account) and our dedicated team will support you.

For the Support Center I keep getting the “Access Denied Error” message

Please register a new account on OS ticket as the website username / password are different

I keep getting the “Blocked by server” message

You may need to renew your subscription or your subscription has not been activated yet.

All my channels are blank

If you are using a set-top box such as MAG or AVOV and have just set up your device with our service, you will need to perform a hard reset of your device. Simply power off your device, unplug your power cable and re-plug it in.

For Kodi, you will need to clear your cache. If unsuccessful, attempt a re-install of Kodi itself.

Audio/video not synced

This could be an internet issue due to the high quality streams we offer. You will need sufficient internet in order to watch our 1080p HD streams. By sufficient we mean 5mbp download speed. You can always check your download speed at http://speedtest.net.

If you find its not an internet issue, please report the channel.

How do I get your IPTV service?

    4. Click “Add to Cart”

    1. Click on the “Cart” button
    2. Click “Proceed to Checkout”
    3. Select your payment method and enter in your payment details
  3. Processing
    1. Your order will be processed
    2. You will receive an email with the necessary details to connect to our service
    3. If you do not receive an email, your email host may have filtered it. You can either check the spam box or visit your account and view your order for the IPTV credentials.

I have not received my activation details in my email.

If you have previously registered for a trial account or paid subscription then the user credentials should be the same.

How do I renew my subscription?

For Kodi: Simply sign into your website account via https://www.iptvsubs.is/my-account/ and purchase a new subscription. It will automatically renew your account and keep the login credentials the same.

For Mag: Select a subscription and enter in the MAC address for your device. The device will be renewed upon purchase.

Are the subscriptions recurring?

As of this moment, subscriptions are not recurring. This means we will not automatically charge you. You will have to manually renew your subscription.

We accept all payment in only USD.

How long does it take to process an order?

Activation’s paid by credit-card for subscriptions are immediate. Activation by Bitcoin are delayed for reasons out of our control and can take up to 1-6 hours for activation. All activation’s made by re-sellers will take up to 24 hours to active.

I keep getting a “Payment Declined” message when trying to checkout.

Please ensure that the billing address on your order matches that of your credit card’s billing address. The postal code and address should all match. If using pre-paid credit cards, you may have to add billing address information before checking out. This can be done online or contacting a support agent.

I keep getting a “Zip Code Error” message when trying to checkout.

Please ensure your zip code matches your credit card statement zip code.

Do you support pre-paid credit cards?

We support pre-paid credit cards but please ensure all the billing information on your order matches the billing information of your pre-paid card. You may have to register the billing information on your pre-paid card before making a purchase.
